CAR HIRE IN BULGARIA -
														FAQ FOR CARS
														RENTAL:
 
WHO IS
													AUTHORIZED TO RENT A CAR IN BULGARIA AND WHAT ARE THE RULES TO BE
													OBSERVED?
You must be 21 years of age and possess a
												driver’s experience of 2 years minimum to take advantage of our
												services.
 
WHAT IS NECESSARY FOR ENTERING INTO A
													RENT CONTRACT?
Just present your ID card or your
												passport and a valid driving license.
 
HOW AND
													WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR THE HIRING AND RETURNING THE
													VEHICLE?
The deposit and the full amount upon the
												contract shall be paid in advance – net cash, or by credit cards,
												we have a mobile POS.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTING
													PRICE?
The price includes unlimited mileage in
												Bulgaria, Third Party Liability Insurance,
												Vignette.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTING
													PRICE?
The fuel, additional insurances, all damages
												– internal and external - on the car, all damages on tires, rims
												and wheel-covers, and all missing parts and pieces of the car are NOT
												included in the contract price.
 
WHERE COULD I
													RENT CAR, GET IT AND BRING IT BACK?
You could rent and
												obtain a car in our offices in Burgas, or we could deliver it to you and
												take it back at an address upon your request and
												instructions.
WHERE CAN I USE THIS
													CAR?
The car can be used only on the territory of The
												Republic of Bulgaria.
CAN I CROSS THE
													BORDER?
You can, if you make a surcharge for leaving
												and pay the corresponding deposit. 
! Our cars can travel only in near EU countries and Serbia and only if the contract is issued for crossing border and corresponding surcharges are made!
DEPOSIT for crossing
												border and travel to near countries in EU + Serbia is additional deposit
												of available car multiplied 3 times + 60 euro fee for crossing
												border.
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF THE CAR GETS OUT
													OF ORDER?
You are supposed to call on a number
												indicated in your contract.
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO
													IF I HAVE A CAR ACCIDENT?
You are to immediately call
												on a number indicated in your contract. We'll call a Traffic police or
												give you instructions. The police officers, reporting on the spot of the
												accident are to issue a record of evidences describing the specific
												event. 
WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IF I CAN’T
													FIND THE CAR ON THE PLACE I’VE PARKED IT?
You
												are to immediately call the representative of our company on a number
												indicated in your contract. We will inform the relevant authorities and
												give you instructions.
AM I ALLOWED TO CEDE THE CAR
													TO ANOTHER DRIVER?
You are not allowed to cede the
												driving of the car to other person, unless their names were not entered
												in the contract as a second driver.
IN WHAT CASES THE
													DEPOSIT IS NOT REIMBURSED?
The deposit is not
												reimbursed in case you do not dispose of a police record of evidences in
												the event of a traffic accident; if there are damages on the car that
												are not entered in the record annexed to the Rent contract; when you
												return the car not fully fueled; if damages are ascertained inside the
												car. The cost of minor injuries / without a protocol from  the
												Police  / not enough fuel and accessories, shall be deducted from
												the
												deposit.
